Data Science for Business Innovation looks at the tools to make the most of BigData, how to achieve business goals and create value, and how different lines of business and staff need to communicate effectively with technical data analytics teams in a business environment. This edition of the course has a particular focus on the mobility industry but is open to professionals from all sectors.

Marco Brambilla is a Full Professor at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). Marco Brambilla is a full Professor at Politecnico di Milano. He is active in research and innovation, both at the industrial and academic level, on data-driven innovation. His research interests include data science, data modeling and AI, crowdsourcing, social media monitoring, and big data analysis. He has been a visiting Researcher at CISCO, San Josè, and UCSD, and a visiting Professor at Dauphine University, Paris.
He is co-founder of three startups and co-authored over 300 articles and books. He was awarded various best paper prizes and gave keynotes and speeches at many conferences and organisations. He leads several research projects on data science and big data and he is the main author of the OMG standard IFML.
